Insurance & Payment Information

Insurance and Payment Information

Most health plans reimburse for a portion of chiropractic treatment. Due to variations in insurance policies (even under the same carrier), we recommend that you allow us to contact your insurance company. Our staff will confirm your benefits, but this does not guarantee payment by the insurance company. You are encouraged to check benefits with your insurance company as well.

We are preferred providers (In-network) for most health insurance companies and accept worker's compensation and personal injury (motor vehicle accident) insurance. Following is a partial list of insurance companies for which we are preferred providers:

  • Medical Mutual
  • Cigna
  • Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Preferred Health Care Systems [PHCS]
  • United Healthcare
  • Great West
  • Building/Iron/Electrical Worker Trades
  • Medicare
  • Professional Risk Management (PRM)
  • Aetna
  • Most all others

We also accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa. Payment plans are available for patients who require treatment, but are unable to pay in full at the time of service. We offer a discount to all patients Insured and Cash patients for payment at the time of service.

Pay for your chiropractic treatment with pre-tax dollars and save: If your employer sponsors a health care spending program in which you participate, ask us for a receipt for any payments that you make. It is certainly worth an inquiry to find out if your company sponsors a program.

Payment Plans: We have several different options for payment plans to fit most circumstances.
